I was scheduled to keep on working in the hospital after I give birth, but the plan get disrupted because of the plenty human source supply. Since there are enough regular employees, it seems no objective factors for me to stay soundly. The leader just suggested me to change my mind staying at hospital for the benefits provided by the government and emphasized that she had no way but to maintain the enough workload of the regular employees which might possibly had an impact on my work hours and actual income from the hour-paid work.

The leader said she would try her best to help me to gain what I deserved at the first time I entered the company; however, she indeed has her stance as an employed worker to win the best benefit of the employer to protect herself. In result, I was again so innocent about the reality, and thought that people would do other people’s good as possible as they could. It is truth, while with the priority of his own benefit. If it is my turn, I will do the same. Therefore, now, you know how to protect yourself: Sometimes by cheating the other people? No!

I dislike making others do me a favor unless there is no way to go, but I find that for money, sometimes I have to do things that’s beneficial for me but harmful for the others. I hope that won’t happen frequently since I know there are many methods to do benefits both on myself and on the others. I shouldn’t blame on those who choose to abandon my right to protect their own good if there are only one to choose from the two.
